PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature/humidity exchanger for respiration capable of stably using heat/humidity accumulation body by suppressing adhesion of secretion or the like discharged along with exhalation to the heat/humidity accumulation body in the temperature/humidity exchanger for respiration connected with an artificial airway.SOLUTION: A temperature/humidity exchanger 1 for respiration connected with an artificial airway comprises: a housing 10 that includes a patient-side tube 20 in which a first opening 21 connected with the artificial airway, is formed, a retaining wall part 35 extending to a second opening 22 side with a gap formed toward the patient-side tube 20, a housing body 30 extending to a third opening 35A side with a gap formed toward the retaining wall part 35, and a communication hole a heat/humidity accumulation body 60 and a storage container 50.
