The present invention relates to a composition for the prevention or treatment of metabolic diseases or complications thereof containing pterocarpan-based compounds or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof as an active ingredient. The pterocarpan-based compound isolated from soybean leaves according to the invention effectively inhibits the activities of α-glucosidase and hACAT and LDL oxidation. Therefore, the composition can be useful not only for the prevention or treatment of metabolic diseases related to the α-glucosidase and hACAT or complications thereof but also as a composition for antioxidation due to an excellent antioxidant activity.La présente invention porte sur une composition pour la prévention ou le traitement de maladies métaboliques ou de complications de celles-ci contenant des composés à base de ptérocarpane ou des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables de ceux-ci comme principe actif. Le composé à base de ptérocarpane isolé à partir de feuilles de soja selon linvention inhibe efficacement les activités dα-glucosidase et de hACAT et doxydation de LDL. Par conséquent, la composition peut être utile non seulement pour la prévention ou le traitement de maladies métaboliques liées à lα-glucosidase et hACAT ou de complications de celles-ci mais également comme composition anti-oxydation en raison dune excellente activité antioxydante.본 발명은 테로카판계 화합물 또는 약학적으로 허용가능한 염을 유효성분으로 함유하는 대사성 질환 또는 이들의 합병증의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 콩잎으로부터 분리한 테로카판계 화합물은 α-글루코시데이즈와 hACAT의 활성을 효과적으로 억제하고, LDL 산화를 효과적으로 억제함으로써, 이와 관련되는 대사성 질환 또는 이들의 합병증의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 항산화 활성이 우수하므로 항산화용 조성물로 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
