PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in that, because a signal checker and a microcomputer are composed as separate units, the number of parts are increased, and, in addition, that the cost is consequently increased, because the waterproof and dustproof properties have to be ensured each.SOLUTION: The control unit (42) is supported to the lower surface of the step cover (37), so that the display surface (58) of a microcomputer case (52) is placed on the surface opposite to the step surface of the step cover (37). While the step cover (37) is closed, the control unit (42) is stored in the step frame (36), and while the step cover (37) is open, the control unit (42) is outside the step frame (36).
