The present invention provides a neck support to maintain a posture, which can be used by being attached to a wall or a bed to support a sitting posture by supporting a neck and a head, and has an adjustable distance between a portion supporting the neck and a portion assisting neck support. To achieve this, according to the present invention, the neck support to maintain a posture comprises: a support unit having the shape of being bent forwards, and having a mounting groove formed on a concave surface of a central portion； an assisting unit hinged to both ends of the support unit； and a distance adjusting unit connecting the support unit and the assisting unit, and adjusting an angle between the support unit and the assisting unit to adjust a distance between the support unit and the assisting unit.본 발명은 목과 머리를 지지하여 앉아있는 자세를 보조하기 위해, 벽 또는 침대에 부착하여 사용할 수 있고, 목을 지지하는 부분과 목 지지를 보조하는 부분의 간격이 조절 가능한 자세 유지용 목 받침대를 제공하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다.이에 본 발명은, 전방으로 만곡된 형상이며 중앙부의 오목한 면에 안착홈이 형성되는 지지부； 상기 지지부 양단에 힌지 결합되는 보조부； 및 상기 지지부와 보조부를 연결하며 상기 지지부와 보조부 사이의 각도를 조절함으로써 지지부와 보조부의 간격을 조절하는 간격조절부； 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
