PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretch pillow capable of improving the posture of the user's head and neck and stretching the neck. SOLUTION: The support includes three supporting portions having substantially the same shape each having a bottom surface and an inclined surface, and the three supporting portions have their respective bottom surfaces flush with each other and the inclination directions of the respective inclined surfaces are substantially parallel.
