PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation tilt seat disabling a seat body from being tilted during the seat bodys rotation motion, and disabling the seat body from being rotated during the seat bodys tilt or upon the seat bodys tilt motion up to a tilt end position.SOLUTION: The rotation tilt seat includes: a rotation mechanism 60 and a tilt mechanism 80, and a seat body 1 can be rotated and tilted.
