PURPOSE: A hemostasis valve device is provided to simply and highly efficiently block the leakage of blood or the inflow of outside air during an operation.CONSTITUTION: A hemostasis valve device includes an insertion tube(20), a first sealing member(24), a latching protrusion(30), a fastening tube(26), a second sealing member(38), a spring(40), a pressurizing piece(42), a push button, and a body. A guide hole is formed to be penetrated along the longitudinal centerline of the insertion tube. A threaded portion is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the top of the insertion tube. The elastic first sealing member has a through-hole. The fastening tube includes an introduction hole, a latching protrusion, and a spring supporting part. The latching protrusion is formed on the upper side of the introduction hole. The spring supporting part is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the introduction hole. Another threaded portion is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the spring supporting part. The elastic second sealing member is formed of silicon and installed on the upper surface of the fastening tube. The spring elastically acts outside the fastening tube. A pressurizing hole protrudes from the center of the upper surface of the pressurizing piece. The push button pressurizes the pressurizing piece downwardly.
