The invention relates to the field of medicine and medical equipment. The device is a wrist electronic watch provided with a set of additional sensors, sensing a number of physiological parameters of the person with diagnostic and prophylactic purposes. The problem to which the claimed technical solution is to substantially improve the accuracy of measurements made, increased measurement stability to possible noise sources, and in general improve the performance of such devices. This problem is solved by applying a special design of the optical system of the device, aimed at reducing the noise level, while increasing the useful signal levels. For this purpose, the electronic wrist watch of health for diagnostics include a housing on the upper side of which there is a liquid crystal display, and the bottom (adjacent to the hand) - contact sensor group galvanic skin resistance. In the center of the bottom portion of the housing is mounted a light emitter and a photosensor for removal of various physiological parameters. Moreover, the device uses common opening and for illumination and for receiving a reflected signal, i.e., illumination light propagates along the optical axis of the photosensor and directed perpendicularly to the skin surface of the hands. The objective of the optical system is located on the bottom of a small blackened cylindrical recess lower part of the body, which plays the role of the lens hood protects the lens from stray side illumination.
