The invention relates to a device (1) for collection and analysis of blood parameters that can be used at home without the presence of medical personnel.The device (1) for collection and analysis blood parameters includes a housing (2) with an entrance opening (4), inside which there is a drive (8) connected to a replaceable module (6) equipped with puncturing means (11) and analyzing blood parameters means (12). Inside the housing (2) there is also an electronic control module (7), which is equipped with a communication module (7'). The replaceable module (6) is mounted in the housing (2) moveably and is connected with the drive (8). At the same time, in the replaceable module (6) at least two segments (6a, 6b, 6c, 6d) can be distinguished, each of which is equipped with a moveable diaphragm (10) and thereto assigned puncturing means (11) and analyzing parameters blood means (12), as well as the terminal (13) connecting the analyzing blood parameters means (12) with the electronic control module (7).
