The device (1) has a base (2) from which a cylindrical lug (3) extends. A fixing unit (4) includes a reserve pin (41) of a peripheral wall (31) of the cylindrical lug. The fixing unit is ready to be internally hung with the part with hand or other surgical motor. A recess (30) is created in the cylindrical lug so as to face an arm (40) face to face and to allow retraction of the arm.
