The invention relates to a process for separating 7-aminocephalosporanic acid from aqueous solutions or from media resulting from chemical and enzymatic reactions. According to the invention, the process consists in the reactive extraction of the aqueous solution containing 7-aminocephalosporanic acid with n-heptane containing di-(2-ethylhexyl)-phosphoric acid in a concentration of 20 g/l, while intensively stirring the phases at a temperature of 25°C, for 1 min, followed by the re-extraction of 7-aminocephalosporanic acid from the extract with an aqueous hydrochloric acid solution, while stirring, at a temperature of 25°C, for 1 min, with an extraction yield of 97.5%.Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de separare a acidului 7-aminocefalosporanic din soluţii apoase sau din mediile rezultate din reacţii chimice şi enzimatice. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, constă în extracţia reactivă a soluţiei apoase care conţine acidul 7-aminocefalosporanic cu n-heptan care conţine acid di-(2-etilhexil)-fosforic în concentraţie de 20 g/l, sub agitarea intensă a fazelor, la o temperatură de 25°C, timp de 1 min, urmată de reextracţia acidului 7-aminocefalosporanic din extract cu o soluţie apoasă de acid clorhidric, sub agitare, la temperatura de 25°C timp de 1 min, cu un randament de extracţie de 97,5%.
