PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel microcapsules in which discoloration of the microcapsules and decrease in a content of a core substance are suppressed.SOLUTION: Provided are: microcapsules which have, as a film-forming material, a polycondensation product of a mixture of compounds represented by formula (1) and formula (2) and a polyisocyanate compound having no aromatic group and which include a core material which does not contain amino groups and groups where amino groups form salts. Also provided is a liquid composition comprising the mictocapsules.
