PURPOSE: A carbon dioxide fixing apparatus using microalgae capable of preventing natural enemy microorganisms is provided to harvest unpolluted high-quality microalgae, and to improve carbon dioxide fixing efficiency.CONSTITUTION: A carbon dioxide fixing apparatus using microalgae capable of preventing natural enemy microorganism comprises: a carbonated water generator(20) manufacturing carbonated water by dissolving carbon dioxide to water and a collection water tank collecting carbon dioxide by carbon dioxide assimilation which is performed by culturing microalgae in the carbonated water supplied from the carbonated water generator. The collection water tank penetrates a microalgae layer at the upper part of the tank, and a lower part sealed hollow pipe typed light projecting tube(13) is installed to provide light energy with prefixed interval.
