PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eyesight display device of a simple optical constitution capable of performing a binocular function examination in which distortion of a target image due to displacement of an eye point is small and which can achieve space saving.SOLUTION: In an eyesight display device, a target presentation optical system 3 includes: an image display device 4 for displaying a target image； a reflection mirror M1 for reflecting a luminous flux from the target image displayed on a display screen 4a of the image display device 4； a convex lens system L1 for forming a virtual image of the target image by the reflected luminous flux from the reflection mirror M1； and an optical path folding mirror M2 for folding an optical path of the reflected luminous flux that passes through the convex lens system L1, and presenting the target image at a position which is a predetermined distance in front of an eye point I of an eye E to be examined, as a virtual image. The position of the display screen 4a is present inside a focal point f0 of the convex lens system L1, and polarization elements (polarizing filters) are arranged on the display screen 4a so as to correspond to the polarization of a left eye and a right eye of polarization spectacles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
