The present invention relates to a three-dimensional wireless gastroscope which wirelessly operates and an apparatus for screening a stomach by using the three-dimensional wireless gastroscope. The three-dimensional wireless gastroscope wirelessly receives power and the power controls the movement thereof. The present invention arranges a permanent magnet for magnetization in a space of a removed battery by wirelessly receiving power, which maintains the size of the gastroscope and enables the movement by magnetism to be controlled. The present invention makes it easy to diagnose the condition of a stomach by providing a three-dimensional image of the inside of the stomach through a stereo camera operating when receiving wireless power.본 발명은 무선으로 작동하는 3차원 무선 위내시경 및 3차원 무선 위내시경을 이용하여 위장을 검진하는 장치에 관한 것으로서, 무선으로 전력을 수신하며 자력에 의하여 움직임이 제어되는 3차원 무선 위내시경을 제공한다. 본 발명은 무선으로 전력을 수신함에 따라 제거된 배터리의 공간에 자화용 영구자석을 배치함으로써 위내시경의 크기를 유지하면서 자력에 의한 움직임 제어가 가능하게 하며, 무선전력을 수신하면 작동하는 입체카메라를 통해 위장 내부의 3차원 영상을 제공함으로써 위장 상태의 진단을 용이하게 한다.
