PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an edible, orally administrable agent in a laminate film form having a multilayer structure wherein extremely thin layers are laminated, whereby quantitative accuracy requirement of an orally administrable pharmaceutical agent etc., can be satisfied and excellent productivity can be achieved without any time restriction in drying step etc.SOLUTION: The edible, orally administrable agent in a laminate film form wherein a plurality of edible, orally administrable agent layers are laminated is obtained by carrying out a step of forming an orally administrable agent layer wherein the edible, orally administrable agent layer is formed in a prescribed thickness by applying and drying the same on a surface of a resin film, subsequently laminating two resin films on which the edible, orally administrable agent layers have been formed in the step of forming the orally administrable agent layer so that the edible, orally administrable agent layers face each other and applying pressure onto back surfaces of the resin films, provided that the two resin films are provided with the edible, orally administrable agent layers comprising same or different components.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、医薬口腔内投与剤等に要求される量的精度を満たすことができ、しかも乾燥工程等にも時間的制約が生ずることのない、生産性に優れた、極めて薄い層が積層された多層構造を有する積層フィルム状可食性口腔内投与剤の製造方法を提供することを目的としている。【解決手段】このため、樹脂フィルムの表面上に所定厚さの可食性口腔内投与剤層を塗布乾燥して形成する口腔内投与剤層形成工程と、上記口腔内投与剤層形成工程で得られた同一成分または異種成分の可食性口腔内投与剤層を形成した二つの口腔内投与剤層形成樹脂フィルムを、各可食性口腔内投与剤層面が互いに対向するように重ね合わせて各樹脂フィルムの裏面から加圧することにより、多重に可食性口腔内投与剤層が積層した積層フィルム状の可食性口腔内投与剤が得られる。【選択図】図1
