PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for deriving and presenting support information when searching for a lesioned part or the like in an image only by a simple calculation without using much measurement information.SOLUTION: A tomographic image of a subject is acquired； a place in the tomographic image corresponding to a part separated from a reference point in the subject by a regulated distance is specified； and a combined image obtained by combining information showing the specified place in the tomographic image is generated and outputted.【課題】 画像中で病変部等を探索する際の支援情報を、多くの計測情報を用いずに簡易な計算のみで導出して提示する為の技術を提供すること。【解決手段】 被検体の断層像を取得し、被検体における基準点から規定距離だけ離間した部分に対応する断層像中の箇所を特定し、断層像に該特定した箇所を示す情報を合成した合成画像を生成して出力する。【選択図】 図１
