A fracture alignment device to immobilize a patients limb during a surgical procedure having an inner flexible layer and an outer flexible layer of fluid impervious material each including a central major portion or body having a plurality of lateral minor extensions or fingers extending outwardly therefrom to form a fluid tight chamber coupled to a pressure regulator to control the pressure within the fluid tight chamber and an alignment retainer to position and maintain the inner flexible layer in contact with the patients limb when the pressure within the fluid tight chamber is sufficiently different from the ambient pressure outside the fluid tight chamber to immobilize the patients limb.
