Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Molekülmischung, umfassend eine amphipathische Molekülsorte A, welche im hydrophilen Bereich eine positive Gesamtladung aufweist und eine amphipathische Molekülsorte B sowie ein Polyphenol C, das Verfahren zur Herstellung der Molekülmischung und deren Verwendung.
