PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control an exposure dose received by a subject in a predetermined period of time.SOLUTION: A management apparatus according to the embodiment comprises a storage unit, a calculation unit, and an output control unit. The storage unit stores exposure dose information associated with each subject in which are mutually related a photography date by an X-ray diagnostic apparatus, a body part of a subject exposed to X rays emitted by the X-ray diagnostic apparatus, and an exposure dose at the body part. When a subject as a processing object, a body part of the object, and a period of processing are specified by an operator, the calculation unit relates the specified subject and body part and acquires from the storage unit the exposure dose information in which the photography dates in the specified period are related, and calculates an integrated value of the exposure doses contained in the acquired exposure dose information.
