Disclosed are a device and a method for screening lesion. The method for screening lesion comprises: a step of inputting a 3D tomography image； a step of extracting a candidate lesion region into a 3D patch from the input 3D tomography image； a step of extracting a plurality of first 3D multi-view patches based on the 3D patch； a step of adjusting the size of the extracted plurality of first 3D multi-view patches to the same scale； a step of zooming in and out of the adjusted plurality of second 3D multi-view patches by using a convolutional neural network (CNN) to calculate a zoom-in stream feature map and a zoom-out stream feature map； a step of integrating the calculated zoom-in stream feature map and zoom-out stream feature map； and a step of classifying the candidate lesion region by using the integrated feature maps to provide classification result information. The present invention can accurately detect lesions in real time, thereby providing a doctor with a detection result with high reliability.병변 스크리닝 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 병변 스크리닝 방법은, 3차원 단층 영상을 입력받는 단계, 입력된 3차원 단층 영상에서 후보 병변 영역을 3차원 패치(patch)로 추출하는 단계, 3차원 패치를 기준으로 복수의 제1 3차원 다중 시야 패치를 추출하는 단계, 추출된 복수의 제1 3차원 다중 시야 패치의 크기를 동일한 스케일로 조정하는 단계, 콘볼루션 신경망(CNN: convolutional neural network)을 이용하여, 조정된 복수의 제2 3차원 다중 시야 패치를 줌인(zoom-in) 및 줌아웃(zoom-out)하여 줌인 스트림 특징맵(zoom-in stream feature map) 및 줌아웃 스트림 특징맵(zoom-out stream feature map)을 산출하는 단계, 산출된 줌인 스트림 특징맵과 줌아웃 스트림 특징맵을 통합하는 단계 및 통합된 특징맵을 이용하여 후보 병변 영역을 분류하여 분류 결과 정보를 제공하는 단계를 포함한다.
