The present invention discloses a use of stem cell composition having an anti-blue light damage effect. The stem cell composition having an anti-blue light damage effect comprises 10 to 50%(v/v) of a Wharton’s Jelly mesenchymal stem cell conditioned medium. The Wharton’s Jelly mesenchymal stem cell conditioned medium is prepared by culturing the Wharton’s Jelly mesenchymal stem cell in a medium containing basic fibroblast growth factor for 2 to 5 days, collecting the medium, centrifuging and filtering the medium to obtain the Wharton’s Jelly mesenchymal stem cell conditioned medium. The Wharton’s Jelly mesenchymal stem cell conditioned medium can inhibit cell damage caused by blue-light.本發明係關於一種幹細胞抗藍光傷害功效組成物之用途,其中該幹細胞抗藍光傷害組成物含有10-50%(v/v)之瓦頓式凝膠間葉幹細胞(Wharton’s Jelly mesenchymal stem cell)條件培養基,且該瓦頓式凝膠間葉幹細胞條件培養基係將瓦頓式凝膠間葉幹細胞生長於含有人類鹼性成纖維細胞生長因子(basic fibroblast growth factor)之一培養基中2-5日後,收集該培養基,經離心並過濾後而獲得;該瓦頓式凝膠間葉幹細胞條件培養基可抑制藍光造成之細胞傷害。
