PURPOSE: To provide a means for performing in place of manual aid by using a motor-driven lift that has arms symmetrically, for the purpose of removing a burden caused, in aid relying only on manual help in home-based care.PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: (A) transfer aid that requires strength has no alternative but manually lifting or holding of a person, which is a burden with hard work and which needs hands of more than one person for transfer aid of a heavy person and (B) the shoulders, knees or waist is injured and stumbling or falling accident is caused during the transfer aid, and (C) to enable a person receiving care in sitting up and standing up to sit up and stand up by himself.SOLUTION: A bolt driving shaft (2) is provided in the body (1) a rail (3) is installed symmetrically on the side of a nut part a movable shoulder part (4) and an arm (5) are combined and installed on both rails a motor-driven lift provided with these two arms is substituted for manual aid and, by helping belt-stretching to the two arms, problems are going to be solved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【目的】 在宅介護での、人手に頼るしかない支援で、生じる負担負点をとり除くために、左右対称にアームを設けてある電動リフトを用いて、人手の支援に代わり行うための手段とする。【課題】(イ)力を要する移乗支援は、持ち上げたり、抱え上げたりするしかなく重労働負担になる、重い人の移乗支援は、複数人の人手を要する。(ロ)支援中に、肩、膝、腰を痛めたり、転倒、転落事故を起こす。(ハ)介助を受けて、起き上がり、立ち上がりの起立の補助をしている人の自力での起立をするため。【解決手段】 本体(1)にボルト駆動軸(2)を設ける、ナット部位の側部に左右対称にレール(3)を設ける、このレール上に動肩(4)とアーム(5)を組み合せて両方のレールに設ける、この2本のアームを設けてある電動リフト 人手の支援に代わり、2本のアームにベルトの架け脱しの支援を行う事で課題を解決する。【選択図】図2
