According to the present invention, streptochlorin inhibits in vitro degraulation and production of TNF and IL-4 in mast cells, and also in vivo mouse allergic dermatitis induced by DNFB. Thus, a composition containing streptochlorin as an active component according to the present invention has an excellent effect on treatment for allergic diseases and no side effect since the strpetochlorin which is originated from marine microorganism is contained as an active ingredient.본 발명에 따르면 스트렙토클로린은 in vitro에서 비만세포(mast cell)의 탈과립과 TNF, IL-4의 생산을 억제하였으며, 또한 in vivo에서는 DNFB로 유도한 마우스의 알레르기 피부염을 억제하였다. 따라서, 본 발명에 따른 스트렙토클로린을 활성성분으로 포함하는 알러지 질환 치료용 조성물은 그 효과가 뛰어나며 더더욱 해양미생물로부터 유래한 천연 물질인 스트렙토클로린을 활성성분으로 포함하기 때문에 부작용으로부터 자유로울 수 있다.
