The present invention relates to a plant perfusion device, comprising a bottle body provided with an opening located at a bottom thereof, an outflow pipe connected to the opening of the bottle body, and a lightweight floating ball disposed on a path located in the outflow pipe. When the bottle body is received with an injection liquid (e.g., pesticide or plant nutrient), the lightweight floating ball floats on the injection liquid due to buoyance force of the injection liquid, and the lightweight floating ball can still be smoothly fallen by gravity with respect to the injection liquid.
