The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition and, more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition useful for skin reproduction containing burnt alum, preferably, aluminum potassium sulfate as an active ingredient wherein the composition comprises hot water at 40-43°；C added with 0.5-1 w/v% of burnt alum to be used in hot water treatment for skin reproduction.본 발명은 소명반, 바람직하게는 칼륨알루미늄 소명반을 유효성분으로 함유한 피부재생에 유용한 약학 조성물이며, 피부재생을 위한 온수치료에 이용할 수 있는 0.5 w/v% ~ 1 w/v%로 소명반이 첨가된 40 ℃ ~ 43℃ 온수를 포함하여 이루어지는 약학 조성물에 관한 것이다.
