PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed apparatus for a magnetic resonance tomographic system which can more precisely move the top board by a simple constitution.SOLUTION: The rear surface of the top board 5 has first and second grooves 5a and 5b which are in parallel in the advancing/retracting direction of the top board 5 and the vertical direction. The first and second grooves 5a and 5b are located to be equidistant from the center in the width direction of the top board 5. A top board supporting plate 4 is provided with first and second fixed guide bodies 6 and 7 which are engaged with the first groove 5a, and first and second movable guide bodies 8 and 9 which are engaged with the second groove 5b.
