A method for acquiring a PET image with ultra high resolution using movement of a PET device is provided. In the related art, there is a limit in lowering of the resolution below a half (d/2) of the width of a detector. According to the provided method, an image with ultra high resolution, which can jump over the limit, can be acquired. Further, since utilization of larger detectors becomes possible without a loss of the resolution, the sensitivity of the PET can be improved, and thus an image of higher quality can be acquired.La présente invention concerne un procédé dacquisition dimage TEP à très haute résolution en utilisant le déplacement dun dispositif TEP. Dans lart connexe, il existe une limite de labaissement de la résolution au-dessous de la moitié (d/2) de la largeur dun détecteur. Selon le procédé décrit, une image à très haute résolution, qui peut dépasser la limite, peut être acquise. De plus, étant donné que lutilisation de détecteurs plus grands devient possible sans perte de résolution, la sensibilité de la TEP peut être améliorée, et donc une image de plus haute qualité peut être acquise.
