PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processing apparatus capable of three dimensionally displaying the form of a medical appliance on a three-dimensional image made into three-dimension on the basis of a pre-treatment image.SOLUTION: The medical image processing apparatus includes: an image information generating unit which generates image information for acquiring a superposed image having a three-dimensional image of the medical appliance over a three-dimensional image of a structure； and an output unit which outputs image information. On the basis of the state of contact between the structure and the medical appliance detected by detection means provided in the medical appliance, the image information generating unit corrects the structure in the superimposed image, and the output unit outputs the corrected image information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
