PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a patient in a periphery from listening to communication content as much as possible when medical workers communicate with each other.SOLUTION: The image of a monitoring camera 1 is selectively displayed, and feature image information indicating the features of the face of a medical worker and the portable terminal identification information of a portable terminal 20 of the medical worker are stored in association with each other. Then, when an image displayed by a display part 5 is selected, the image information of the image is compared with the feature image information, and whether or not the feature image exists in the image is determined by a determination part 8. When the feature image exists in the image, portable terminal identification information stored in association with the feature image information is extracted, and the portable terminal 20 is called to perform communication. Thus, only by selecting the image, it is possible to call the portable terminal 20 of the medical worker projected on the image to perform communication. Since the communication is performed by the portable terminal 20, it is possible to reduce possibility that a person in a periphery listens to a voice.
