PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion aerosol composition obtained by emulsifying an aqueous stock solution and an aliphatic hydrocarbon, having excellent chilling effect, giving little stimulation to the skin and having excellent application feeling.
SOLUTION: The emulsion aerosol composition is composed of 10-60 wt.% aqueous stock solution containing a hydrolyzed jojoba ester and 40-90 wt.% aliphatic hydrocarbon having 3-5 carbon atoms. The content of the hydrolyzed jojoba ester in the aqueous stock solution is preferably 0.1-5 wt.% and the vapor pressure of the aliphatic hydrocarbon at 20°C is preferably 0.08-0.40 MPa.
