PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric reel for fishing, widely compatible flexibly with fishing sites circumstances in making a fishline reeling operation.SOLUTION: The electric reel for fishing includes: a spool freely rotatably supported in between the side plates of the reel body a spool-driving motor making a reeling drive of the spool and a constant velocity control means functioning to maintain fishline reeling velocity at a set value corresponding to the manipulation of a manipulative member set on the reel body by varying the driving output of the spool-driving motor.
