The present invention relates to a livestock fixing line fixture and, more specifically, to a livestock fixing line fixture comprising: a pillar vertically formed on a bottom surface； a disc-shaped rotation plate formed in an upper side of the pillar to be vertical with respect to the pillar, provided to be rotated clockwise or counterclockwise, and having a bolt insertion hole formed in one side thereof； and a fixing means coupled with the rotation plate, and coupled with a fixing line hung on a necklace worn on the neck of livestock to control movement of a pet.
