PURPOSE: An automatic necklace frame for cattle shed equipped with rotation limit structure and locking structure is provided to block accidental flowage of gathering poles. CONSTITUTION: An automatic necklace frame for cattle shed equipped with rotation limit structure and locking structure is composed of vertical supporting stands(12), upper and lower horizontal bars(14,16), a gathering supporting stand(30), a gathering pole, and a rotation limitation unit(40). The rotation limitation unit restricts the rotation angle of the gathering pole and blocks collision with the gathering supporting stand. The rotation limitation unit includes a first contact unit(42) and a second contact unit(44) at areas where contact with the gathering pole according to the rotary angles of the gathering pole. The first and second contact units are formed into one body on an identical element. The side view shape of the rotation limitation unit is trapezoid.본 발명은 회전제한 및 잠금 구조를 갖춘 축사용 자동목걸이틀에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는, 회동지지대와 힌지 결합되어 시소 운동하는 회동봉의 회전반경을 제한함으로써 회동지지대와 회동봉 사이의 충돌을 차단하여 마찰소음으로 인한 가축의 스트레스 요인을 줄여주기 위함을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 회동봉의 회전각도에 따라 맞닿는 부위에 제1접촉부와 제2접촉부가 형성된 회전제한구를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 한편, 회동봉이 수직으로 놓여있을 때에 가축이 임의로 회동봉을 작동시켜 이탈하는 것을 방지하기 위하여 잠금지지구의 상단에 구비된 잠금돌기를 소정 각도 휘게 함으로써 잠금장치를 개선시키는 축사용 자동목걸이틀의 회전제한 및 잠금구조를 개시한다.
