The invention relates to a test device for simulating drug interference through dynamic emission tomography and the method thereof. It’s used for simulating dynamic images when drugs are within an organism. The test device includes a container and a prosthesis disposed in the container. A cover is provided on the opening of the container, and the prosthesis is provided with a plurality of holding rooms. A channel is disposed between two holding rooms. Furthermore, a first tube is connected to the holding room closest to the bottom of the container, and a second tube is joined with on the holding room closest to the cover, wherein the first tube and the second tube are inserted through the cover respectively. Accordingly, the developing solution (for example, radioactive drug solution or contrast agent solution) and non-developing solution are injected into the container form the first tube sequentially.
