PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paddy field work machine comprising front axle cases which are extended from side parts of a transmission case to a vehicle body lateral outside direction, and support front wheels on extension end parts, capable of improving rigidity of the front axle cases while suppressing increase of weight and production cost.SOLUTION: A front axle case 32 comprises: an axle case body 33 oriented in a vehicle body lateral direction and a connection flange 35 disposed on a base end part of the axle case body 33 and connected to a side part of a transmission case 31.
