PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle provided with a traveling vehicle having right and left front wheels and right and left rear wheels and a working implement liftably connected to the traveling vehicle through a lifting link mechanism.SOLUTION: The traveling vehicle is provided with a pair of right and left vehicle frames extending along a longitudinal direction, an engine 2 mounted on the pair of the vehicle frames, a transmission case 4 whose front wheels are connected with right and left sides through front cases 5, a rear axle case 7 which is placed at the back of the transmission case with space and whose rear wheels are connected to the right and left sides, and a hydraulic lifting cylinder 27 to lift and lower the working implement through the lifting link mechanism.
