PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate continuous air supply, water supply or suction without limiting the amount supplied and to easily carry and simplify an endoscope system and an apparatus related to the air supply, the water supply and the suction.
SOLUTION: The interior of a tubular body 14 is, for example, divided into two, a first chamber 19E and a second chamber 20E. A piston body 15 is formed with a first vent hole 19V of a push section 15a and a first ventilation passage 19F for being communicated with the first chamber 19E, and a second vent hole 20V of the push section 15a and a second ventilation passage 20F for being communicated with the second chamber 20E, and has a spring 16 for returning the piston body 15 to its original position. When the push section 15a is pushed with the first vent hole 19V closed and the piston body 15 is reciprocated, air is supplied from a syringe port 19G or, when the push section 15a is pushed with the second vent hole 20V closed, air is supplied from a syringe port 20G, and when releasing the pushing operation, the piston body is automatically returned to its original position. The endoscope apparatus can thus supply air and water.
