The invention relates to a machine for cleaning and disinfecting the down inside pillows, said machine being made of four types of materials : wood, plastics, glass and metal. According to the invention, the machine comprises some main compartments (), a system for centrifuging, homogenizing and mixing the down, based on a cylinder () with V-shaped branches which is mechanically driven by an electric motor by means of two rubber rollers circularly adhered as follows: one around the cylinder () and one around the electric motor, through a slot () for inletting the air into the plastic cylinder () for centrifuging the down and through a plastic tube (), the homogenized down passing from the first compartment () towards a filter () located in the third compartment () and is irradiated and disinfected by the ultraviolet light given by a UV lamp (), process which can be observed without additional protection measures, due to the UV protection foil applied on the thermopane window (), the automatic filtration and cleaning process being carried out by means of the filter () in the third compartment () having an inlet slot (), an outlet slot () and some filtration blades () made of particle board plywood, the self-cleaning of the machine being made with an included vacuum cleaner which consists of a collecting tube () where the residues slide on the blades () of the filter () being sucked by the motor into a sack () for collecting the residues, a compartment () for motors being soundproofed with extruded polystyrene.Invenţia se referă la o maşină pentru curăţat şi dezinfectat puful din perne, realizată din patru tipuri de materiale: lemn, plastic, sticlă şi metal.
