The invention relates to a pillow stuffed with a mixture of plants, meant to reduce snoring. According to the invention, the pillow comprises two envelopes (6 and 7), i.e. an internal and an external one, made of rectangular dense and compact hydrophilic cotton woven fabric, which are overlapped and sewn lengthwise in the middle, folded in two along the seam length and sewn lengthwise on the two edges and on one width side, where, after the internal envelope (6) is sewn on the edge to the external envelope (7), they are turned inside out so as to arrange the external envelope (7) outside and the internal envelope (6) inside, the new rectangular shape is fixed in a support (8) using some collars (9) and stuffed with a plant mixture (A) consisting of 52% dill stalks (1), 33% dill leaves (2) and inflorescences (3) and 52% dill seeds (4), in successive layers with hydrophilic cotton wool (10) in a ratio of 9% of the total amount of plant mixture, the resulting pillow (5) being then sewn at the end of the envelopes (6 and 7) which is still open.Invenţia se referă la o pernă umplută cu un amestec vegetal, utilizată pentru reducerea sforăitului.
