The present invention relates to a body management system using an ultralow temperature circulation cooling by grafting IT technologies. The system comprises: an ultralow temperature circulation cooling device which supplies liquified nitrogen filled in a storage to a vaporizer through a liquified nitrogen supplying module, cools an ultralow temperature body management chamber by supplying vaporized cold air through a supplying fan; and an ultralow temperature body managing device which senses humidity, oxygen and temperature inside the chamber to control supplying and circulating of cold air inside the chamber. The ultralow temperature body managing device comprises: an electric lift which controls a location of a user to correspond to sexes, ages or heights input; a display unit which has a GUI applied thereto for checking a body managing state of the user in real time; an oxygen sensor which measures the concentration of inhaling oxygen of a user, and if the measurement is a preset standard or less, stops a nitrogen supply of the ultralow temperature circulation cooling device; a temperature sensor which measures a temperature inside and outside the chamber to control a nitrogen supply amount of the ultralow temperature circulation cooling device; a thermal image sensor which monitors a body of the user through an infrared ray capturing, and when there is a worry about a hypothermia, stops a nitrogen supply of the ultralow temperature circulation cooling device; a humidity sensor which measures a drying state inside the chamber; and a control module which adjusts an amount of air injected inside the chamber, sets a using time according to the air amount, and controls the nitrogen supply of the ultralow temperature circulation cooling device, the driving of the electric lift according to measurements by sensors, and the internal circulation in the chamber of cold air supplied from the ultralow temperature circulation cooling device.
