To improve manufacturing convenience and precision, the present invention provides a digital dental prosthesis manufacturing method comprising: a first step of capturing a three-dimensional work image containing surface information of an internal part of the mouth and a target dental arch in which fixtures are implanted, and occlusion information between the target dental arch and the opposing dental arch; a second step of designing and manufacturing a temporary digital dental prosthesis comprising a temporary teeth part which corresponds, on one side thereof, to the occlusion with the opposing dental arch, on the basis of the occlusion information, has, on the other side thereof, a temporary engagement surface to be engaged with the target dental arch, and has coupling areas aligned and arranged at positions corresponding to the arrangement positions of the fixtures, and an aligned engagement part integrally connected to the edge of the temporary teeth part and formed to match the surface information of the internal part of the mouth in the three-dimensional work image; a third step of installing the manufactured temporary digital dental prosthesis in the target dental arch, acquiring a correction scanning image of the temporary digital dental prosthesis, obtained by correcting the temporary engagement surface and the coupling areas, and cutting the aligned engagement part to separate and remove same from the temporary teeth part; and a fourth step of designing and manufacturing a final digital dental prosthesis by forming virtual coupling grooves corresponding to surface information of the corrected coupling areas in an inner surface profile established according to surface information of the corrected temporary engagement surface contained in the correction scanning image.Pour améliorer la commodité de fabrication et la précision, la présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de prothèse dentaire numérique comprenant: une première étape de capture d'un
