PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous wiping cleansing cosmetic excellent in cleansing ability, low irritation, usability without leaving bubbles and storage stability, and to provide a cosmetic sheet for wiping in which the cosmetic is impregnated in a base material.SOLUTION: In an aqueous cleansing cosmetic of a wiping type, the content of (A) polyoxyethylene fatty acid glyceryl such as polyoxyethylene (caprylic/capric acid/coconut oil fatty acid) glyceryl is 3 to 10 mass%, and the content of (B) an amphoteric surfactant such as lauryl betaine is 0.005 to 2 mass%. It is preferable that 1 to 12 mass% of (C) polyalcohol such as propylene glycol is blended.
