The present invention provides an oxidant containing composition which is used as a hairdye or hair bleaching/dye removing agent and capable of improving feel, formulation stability, and operability of hair, and a using method thereof. The oxidant containing composition of the present invention is mixed with an agent containing an alkaline agent to be used as a hairdye or hair bleaching/dye removing agent. In addition, the oxidant containing composition comprises: (A) an oxidant； (B) at least one type selected from squalene, α-olefin oligomer, and microcrystalline wax； (C) at least two types of non-ionic surfactants； and (D) at least one type selected from (D1) an anionic surfactant and (D2) a cationic surfactant, wherein content of the (B) component of the oxidant containing composition may be 0.005 to 5 mass%.염모제 또는 모발탈색·탈염제로서 사용되는 산화제 함유 조성물에 있어서, 모발의 감촉, 제제안정성, 및 조작성을 향상시킬 수 있는 산화제 함유 조성물 및 그 사용방법을 제공한다.본 발명의 산화제 함유 조성물은, 알칼리제를 함유하는 제와 혼합하여 염모제 또는 모발탈색·탈염제로서 사용되며, (A)산화제, (B)스쿠알렌, α-올레핀올리고머, 및 마이크로크리스탈린왁스로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종, (C)2종 이상의 비이온성 계면활성제, 그리고 (D)(D1)음이온성 계면활성제 및 (D2)양이온성 계면활성제로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 함유한다. 산화제 함유 조성물 중에 있어서의 상기 (B)성분의 함유량이, 0.005~5질량%이어도 좋다.
