The device comprises: an input unit inputting medicines； an inspection unit inspecting the input medicines； a discharge unit discharging the input medicines； and a control unit determining whether the medicines inspected by the inspection unit correspond to a drug list recorded in a prescription. The input unit, the inspection unit and the discharge unit are arranged together in any one division space among the N division spaces, or any one of the input unit, the inspection unit and the discharge unit is arranged in other division spaces instead of the division space in which the rest is arranged.
