PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral cavity imaging device, which effectively prevents the central axis of an external tube from coming off the optical axis and moreover the external tube can smoothly be attached to or detached from the device.

SOLUTION: The external tube (3c) of a tooth mirror attachment (3) is composed of a leading end with a small inner diameter and a base end with a larger inner diameter than that. An elastic ring (7) provided with a notch (7a) communicating with the indoor space (V) of external tube (3c) and atmosphere at its inner circumferential part is fitted within the base end of external tube (3c).
