CONSTITUTION: An orthodontic device comprises a first rotator, first and second retreat members(130,140), coupling members(150,160), a second rotator(170), and a manipulator(190). The first rotator comprises a first body, and first and second screw thread parts. The first and second retreat members retreat according to the rotation direction of the first body. The coupling member is combined with the retreat member and is combined with a tooth to be corrected. The second rotator is combined with the first body and is formed of an entry guide groove.본 발명은 구강내에 설치하며 치아에 견인력을 인가하여 치열을 교정하는 치열교정 장치에 관한 것으로서, 외주면에 원주방향을 따라 다수의 록킹홈이 형성된 제1바디와, 제1바디의 양측면에서 각각 연장되되 상호 반대방향으로 나사선이 형성된 제1 및 제2나사선부를 갖는 제1회전체와, 제1 및 제2 나사선부와 나사결합되어 제1바디의 회전방향에 따라 제1바디를 중심으로 상호 진퇴되는 제1 및 제2 진퇴부재와, 진퇴부재에 각각 결합되어 교정대상 치아와 결속되는 결속부재와, 제1회전체의 제1바디에 대해 상대회전 가능하게 제1바디에 결합되되 외주면에 록킹홈으로의 진입을 안내하는 진입 안내홈이 형성된 제2회전체와, 제2회전체의 진입안내홈 내로 삽입될 수 있게 형성된 메인 삽입부를 갖는 하우징과, 사용자의 조작에 의해 메인삽입부로부터 상기 록킹홈까지 진퇴되는 록킹핀을 갖는 조작기를 구비한다. 이러한 치열 교정장치에 의하면, 조작기를 제2회전체로부터 분리하지 않고서도 버튼의 조작유무에 따라 제2회전체가 제1회전체와 함께 연동되게 회전되거나 제2회전체가 제1회전체로부터 겉돌게 할 수 있어 견인력 조정 과정이 용이한 장점을 제공한다.
