The objective of the present invention is to provide a moving orthosis which facilitates taking on and off vehicles for people with uncomfortable legs and lower bodies and helps the people with uncomfortable legs and lower bodies to move by themselves using arm strength after taking on the vehicle. The moving orthosis according to one example of the present invention comprises: a main body which equips with a hip supporting unit which is protruded in upward from one side of a floor unit on which a user is sit and supports hip of the user； wheels equipped at the lower side of the main body； armrests which support arms of the user by being hinged in the side of the main body and circling in vertical direction； and a back supporter which supports back of the user by being installed in supporting members which are inserted and withdrew from the upper part of the main body.본 발명의 목적은 하체 및 다리가 불편한 사람이 용이하게 승차 및 하차하고, 승차 후 팔 힘으로 스스로 이동 가능하게 도와주는 이동 보조기를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 이동 보조기는, 사용자가 앉는 바닥부의 일측에서 상방으로 돌출되어 사용자의 엉덩이를 지지하는 엉덩이 지지부를 구비하는 본체, 상기 본체의 하측에 구비되는 바퀴, 상기 본체의 측방에 힌지로 장착되어 상하 방향으로 선회하여 사용자의 팔을 지지하는 팔걸이, 및 상기 본체의 상방에 삽입되고 상기 본체의 상방으로 인출되는 지지부재에 장착되어 사용자의 등을 지지하는 등받이를 포함한다.
