The present invention relates to a mobile computed tomographic device which is manufactured in a shape of enabling taking a tomography of a patient in surgery and can extend a moving distance of a rotation gantry. The mobile computed tomographic device comprises: a moving main body extended along a left and right direction which is a moving direction, having a control module in one side between left and right sides, and rolling-moving though a castor of a lower part； a guide rail installed in the moving main body； and a rotation gantry slidingly moving in a front and rear direction along the guide rail and taking a tomography of a patient. A length of the guide rail is extended through an auxiliary rail. The rotation gantry slidingly moves along the auxiliary rail connected to the guide rail, thereby increasing a moving distance.본 발명은 수술 중인 환자의 단층을 촬영할 수 있도록 이동 가능한 형태로 제작되며 회전갠트리의 이동거리를 연장시켜줄 수 있는 이동형 전산화단층촬영장치에 관한 것으로, 이동방향인 좌우방향을 따라 연장되며 좌, 우측 중 일측에 제어모듈이 구비되고 하부의 캐스터를 통해 구름 이동하는 이동본체； 상기 이동본체에 설치되는 가이드레일； 및 상기 가이드레일을 따라 전후방향으로 슬라이딩 이동하며 환자의 단층 영상을 촬영하는 회전갠트리；를 포함하며, 상기 가이드레일은 보조레일을 통해 길이가 연장되고, 상기 회전갠트리는 상기 가이드레일과 연결되어 있는 상기 보조레일을 따라 슬라이딩 이동함으로써 이동거리가 증가한다.
