The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing sundae (Korean sausage). The method of the present invention comprises the following steps: parboiling a glass noodle steaming unit into which water-soaked glass noodles are inserted, and cooling the same in a cooling unit; mixing a plurality of ingredients including the cooled glass noodles; and filling a sundae outer skin with the mixed ingredients to prepare the sundae.
